Any what? The title appears to be blank...

Looks fixed now, almost...  :o

For CSS editing...

Have a look at Stylizer. It's quite good. It's not without problems, but it's still good. Bonus with it is that you can switch browser engines for display purposes.

A friend of mine sold off his TopStyle software to someone else, who I hear is doing a very good job at picking it up and moving forward. I've used the free version for years, and been very happy with it. I've not used the pro version as it was more than I needed.

Anyways, I use both of those and like them both.

+1 for TopStyle.  Its grown to more than the CSS editor it was, and is a full fledged editor with excellent CSS capabilities.  I've used Stylizer also- didn't like it as much as TopStyle.

NOTE: Title still looks blank to me...

+1 for TopStyle ... been using it since it came out ... it's now a full-fledged editor for CSS/HTML (waiting for the HTML5/CSS3 version to be published).

For PHP, I've tried a plethora of editors both paid and free, but keep coming back to Komodo Edit.  It's free, has most everything you could want (no debug, but the inline PHP error indicators work nicely).  There's a paid version, but that seems primarily aimed at team development.

I didn't answer the php part... I've used a personal license for PHPEdit and really like it.  It's pricey if you're looking for something for professional use, but its a really good editor.

Wow. That is pricey.

How good of an IDE is it though? I'd hope for code completion and debugging at that rate.

And you'd get it :)  But like I said, the personal edition is free... and since I don't do any work with it, getting that wasn't a big deal.

PHP Designer is commercial IDE for windows, you have to pay for each version upgrade. If you're using linux then Geany is simple editor that you can use for the php/css file editing.
