Registerfly support issues?

Has anyone ever had trouble with Registerfly support? Like getting them to actually read the problem, acknowledging the issue is within their system or process and providing an effective solution.

I'm starting to think computer support personnel are selected for their ability to ignore the customer while pretending to be of service.

I have experienced this across a wide range of IT support scenarios but Registerfly is by far the worst.

Agreed - I would say 90% of support requests (esp. email based from large companies) come back days later without anyone actually reading what you wrote. Often they just point you to FAQs too which don't answer your question.
