Looks like Gabbly got an update. You can now close the Gabbly and toggle the join/leave alert.

In the same vein, with a bit of weirdness thrown in, there's Quek. to try it, sign in (just name your 'Quek') and tell it "go to donationcoder.com"

OK looks like gabbly got another update and things have been a little shaky lately, but anyways...
New Features:
Mute- Click the username you want to ignore
Private - The gabbly home page gives you private chats just go http://gabbly.com/Private/donationcoder/forum and you'll see what I mean...
Login - Previously gabbly was a free-for-all in that you could sign in as any name you want. If you want to claim a nick and a 32x32 avatar, go to http://gabbly.com and hit the Login tab...
