However, they de-duplicate data accross customers:

They also claim to client-side encrypt all data, yet you can share files and folders by sending people a link (*cough* dropbox *cough*).

Sounds cheap, but personally my first impression doesn't make me want to store all my private data there :-[.

Btw, the comments on the two posts on their blog are quite amusing.

Sounds like it's basically a networked drive (of infinite storage size) to the cloud.

If that's true, then they can't de-duplicate data across customers. And they do what SpiderOak does. Or at least that's what I think it means.
