Aimersoft Studio Acquires Daniusoft Studio; Assumes Product Support Obligation

Shenzhen, China, June 21, 2011–Aimersoft Studio, a leading developer of video and audio conversion and editing software today announced it has acquired its competing developer Daniusoft Studio. Effective immediately, Aimersoft Studios assumes sales and marketing responsibilities for legacy Daniusoft Studio software and websites. Additionally, Aimersoft Studios immediately assumes end user product support and customer service for legacy Daniusoft products.
