mwb1100:
Also be aware that IDM has started to use an online, machine-tied activation scheme for UltraEdit for Windows (and some of their other products) starting with this release.  I'm not sure if that applies to their Mac or Linux products.  It's also unclear to me if or exactly how they might have changed the  policy of allowing a user to install on an arbitrary number of machines for the user's exclusive use (ie., they used to have user-based licensing).

cranioscopical:
From a look at their site today, it looks to me as if the single-user UE Pro license is for 1 machine +1 other.

Some comments from BitsDuJour:

not being update it since September 2010

- If you look into the TerraCopy Bug Tracker at his Website: "Jeff Freeman was last active 7 months ago"
- There is no change-log available for 2.2 .
- There is no user forum (any more?) for TerraCopy.

Sorry, but releasing a new Version at the same day as the Promo, but not in the 10 Month beta stage before?
Does not seem very active and alive to me.
