Right now, Microsoft, Apple, and Oracle are suing everyone in tech. Patents are indeed a lawyer's best friend. Renegade's link provides the blow-by-blow or how ridiculous this all is on its face! (A lot like Microsoft suing for "text selection.") Apple essentially wants to sue anyone who makes a phone, much less uses one.

Sounds like an intro for a BBW porn star. Kinda fitting for Apple... pretty, bloated and constantly trying to sit on everyone's face.  :P

I got my hands on a Samsung Android just yesterday- the interface was way more advanced than an iPhone's, but what impressed me most was the thing being as light as a feather!
