welcome to the site keith; we don't list software here we just discuss it.
but we very much like to support donationware/freeware.

all of keith's software is donationware and he has some interesting stuff (http://optionalreaction.com/software/)

smokers might want to try the antismoke program especially.

(anyone every used any smoking quitting software before?)
