On www.softbuy.com today.  As always, the purchase is effective when a given number of purchases is reached (10, 15, or 2 usually).

it is a little difficult to figure out what the normal asking price is because of various offers including or excluding some anti-malware solution, but it may be $11.75, and not the advertised $29.95:

You right, not to mention the many giveaways or other promotions in the past few months where a one year license was given for free.  I guess this offer might still be of interest to those who would like to use it and missed the previous offers/giveaways.
