Junior Mendez — Amazing LEGO Great Ball Contraption Breaks World RecordSeven LEGO enthusiasts set out to create the world's largest Great Ball Contraption and broke a record while doing so. In all, they used 93 modules to build this impressive gadget. All my boyhood dreams realized in thirteen minutes.

Just when I think "Wow that thing is HUGE" the camera goes up the tower, and up, and up, and up; and then there are even more of those machines.  :o amazing!

Too bad it doesn't work very well. They have to keep adding more balls or pushing ones along that got stuck.

Shades:
I guess it does work, but in some locations it can take quite some time for the necessary amount of balls to arrive. As it is viewed by a lot of persons (as part of an exhibition) and given the declining attention span from most people, it becomes a necessity to drop in extra balls at some locations.

To me it is still a work of art and I am a bit jealous for not having lego anymore or the time to play with it. :(
