Hi.
Is there a file somewhere that contains all my settings?

There are a whole lot of preferences to change every time I want to install FARR on a new computer...

Thanks.

another area where farr is great. u set it to portable mode in your config file, and everything you need are all in 1 folder. your configs, serials, program files and alias.

in fact, there's no need to even install farr, which is a huge huge plus.

perhaps a backup and restore feature would be good.

All of FARR's settings are in an ini file, FindAndRunRobot.ini which will be in program directory on XP or in portable mode, or in a subdirectory of your documents directory on VISTA and later.

If you've configured any special aliases they will be in Aliases/Custom/MyAliases.alias
And if you've configured the toolbar you'll find that configuration in FindAndRunUserToolbar.ini

thanks for the info. I found this while looking for exact same feature.
