Could a US gamer help me with gifting the "2k mega pack" on steam?

I found another thread on this forum where another person was helped in this regard (https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?topic=21271.0) and I was wondering if someone would be willing to extend this same aid to me too.

The "game" I am looking for is the 2k mega pack.

I would of course send you the money via paypal before you have to do anything. I doubt I could buy anyone a game in return, as everything is more expensive in my region, but if interested I also have a 5$ off (if order is above 50$) from play-asia I wouldn't mind parting with.

Beg pardon, Eóin?  The OP wants to buy the game pack...how is that pirating?

No of course he's not. What I'm saying is artificial restrictions like regions make no sense in the modern digital world. So while the distributors continue to treat customers like this, it's no surprise that many (other) people turn to piracy.
