Need to revise a website

Website Redo:
I have a website that is some better than Web 1.0 but not quite Web 2.0 and I want to revamp it to be more in the Web 3.0 category.  It looks old and dated with the layout and presentation and I would like to make it better media oriented with videos and the like.  It starts with a flash intro and then goes into a home page with 13 tabs listed on the left.  Navigation could be easier.  I have been told that we are not SEO optimized.  I am looking for someone to help do this.
