graphs software

is thera a good software to create graphs?



not a drawing program to draw them, but a specific program that you enter data and it creates the graphs

it would be nice to be highly customizable and offer glow effects, choosing background, etc

there are a bunch of really great graphing software programs.. but i haven't been following them recently so i wouldn't want to advise.
