Is it really going to be called " Backup Verification Utility"?? Not something shorter? Catchier? Acronym'd? Is it just a checker, or will it also either back up or run a backup application??

Hm... Backup verification with Emailed report... Portable is nice, but if it could be run as a service (install/uninstall from commandline) that would be handy.

great idea! Re Name, how about:
"Double Proof"
- not sure why 'Double' (I guess cause you're checking the backups) but I like the sound of it anyways... but maybe too much like whiskey though?

Will you use this page or start fresh??
If you're starting fresh (code and pledge) then this maybe should be withdrawn, but if you wanted to pick this pledge up then maybe you can just take it over? There must be some way to give you edit rights to the OP??

I guess I could create a new page, and link to this page for reference if that works.

That's probably the best thing. Justice could even add a note and a link in the OP??

That would be least confusing How did you guess I was using AHK Don't get me wrong; I do admire AHK coders. I've tried it, and for such a simple language, the complexities and the things that you do with it are amazing. But I just couldn't get on-board, unfortunately. New topic is here.
