Feature Idea: Apply template if clip contains "XYZ."

My thought here is that CHS would automatically monitor clipboard contents, and if the contents meet certain criteria, apply a template.
For example, if I'm pasting the (wildcard) string "http://i.imgur.com/*.png"  then CHS would enclose the URL in the appropriate form syntax.
bracket "img" <clip> bracket "/img"
