Once upon a time, I considered a tatoo like that.  Fortunately I thought better of it before they became relatively popular :D

that's a bit scary.  i don't understand the "joke" of the title, "that's the good news".. can someone explain?

Not "that's the good news", "first the good news" -- taking the picture into consideration, there's undoubtedly badnews . . .
