One nice feature of Notezilla that I should mention is that you can apply a sticky note to a window and have it associated with that window or web page.
I ran into a "problem" with it (same thing with Magic Notes) because the editor, WSedit, doesn't always put its own name in the file, so the sticky notes applications can't tell which window it really is!  I'd need one that "knows" what the .EXE name is by itself.
