This means, you can put X-Setup Pro on a CD, boot this CD on any computer and tweak the settings without even installing X-Setup Pro. X-Setup Pro uses XML-based plugins - they are very small (3-6 kB) so updating them is easy too. You can always view the source for any plug-in, and even create your own plugins or wizards and use them in X-Setup Pro.
