Origin of DonationCoder
« on: May 30, 2010, 05:31 AM »
I searched in the forum if there was some history of the begining of DC. I would be very interested in learning about the early days, how the idea grew up, who was on board at the begining and how did it grow. Do we have some historian here ?

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...

There was an "About us" page. :D

Jibz (DC member #2) has some irc logs with some early discussions of the idea of dc that could be funny to post.

One thing i remember distinctly is how supportive people from ShellCity.net freeware site were; both the site admin Bob, and the members of the site who came over and donated and encouraged the concept from day 1.
