IDEA : Help a Podiatrist/Chiropodist ??

Hi
I'm working on, of all things, an MS Access application for my Podiatry/chiropody
surgery. It's just a simple patient record system.

What I need is a small app that has the following :

A window capable of displaying a drawing of a left and right foot, in various
positions and the ability to colour small areas of the drawings in different colours.
(This is used to represent where certain leisons are present on an individuals feet)
It probably sounds more complicated than it actually is but basically it would be
like a very basic, stripped down version of something like paint. (if you see what I
mean !!)
Ideally,  i'd like it to be somehow integrated with Access 2007 (Though i'm not sure
if this could be achieved)

Any help very much apreciated.
