Upstage Windows 7 "Problem Step Recorder" ?

 I posted here and contacted mouser about making ScreenShotCaptor more friendly for capturing the steps and files related to problems on a computer.  This would be especially handy in a portable mode.

Microsoft has come out with something similar to the idea in Windows 7 called "Problem Steps Recorder"

They have good basic functionality - but there are opportunities for many improvements (in addition to Windows XP support). 

For instance, it would be cool to be able to define a set of utilities that dump system information into the resultant zip file.

i'd be curious to hear what other functions you would like to see added to SC to make it useful for this.
