is it possible to pin ceratin entries on the FARR main window?

You can add any entry to the User Toolbar - just right click and choose Add to User Toolbar..

when you say "pin" do you mean to affect the items shown when you bring up farr -- this is already possible and flexible in how you designate these items.
OR do you mean you want items to show always even when its searching for other stuff based on what you type.
