caffeine free week - who wants to join me?

i've decided it's time for a week of decaffination - no tea/coffee/soda with caffeine for 7 days, starting monday 1/23/06 JANUARY 23rd, 2006.

ps: i agree with the thing about the date...How come do people use that type of date? It just doesn't make sense.. >:(

I only go caffeine free when forced by location or circumstance. Without it, I get a headache that would bring down an elephant. Some folks say that's why I should quit. BAH!
