I´ve seen an error in the program - so I´ll fix it in the next time to get a better recognition rate.

Version 1.1b is online now. I fixed the recognition routine. Works better now - especially with words written completely with capitals.

Makes me curious, is "Salatschleuder" an English word that has been all jumbled up? If it's not an English word, what language is it and what does it mean?

Is this using the same concept of "It doesn't matter in what order the letters of a word are, as long as the first and last letters are in their correct place, most people can read it"?

It is a German compound of Salat (salad) and Schleuder (centrifuge). The English term is "salad spinner".

Thanks. I thought it sounded Germanic, and in fact it sounded a lot like a product I saw advertised during my childhood: Salad Shooter

Off-Topic sidenote about Esperanto
It's interesting to see the German compound as I've recently been looking into the language of Esperantow, which has Germanic influences and uses word compounding quite frequently to make up several thousands of words from a relatively few root words:

The core vocabulary of Esperanto was defined by Lingvo Internacia, published by Zamenhof in 1887. This book listed 900 roots; these could be expanded into tens of thousands of words with prefixes, suffixes and compounding.
