bit-tech.net have compiled their year-end customary Top 10 Games of The Year for 2009. you can read about it or take a peek at the spoilers if you're feeling lazy. so how many from the list have you played? you can post your own list of some of the better games to come out in 2009.

I don't understand how they can make these lists when 2009 isn't even over yet. I know of one game that's coming out on Dec 26th that is high on my radar of games to check out. There's no way it can make the Top of 2009 list because it's not out yet but the list is already made. :down:

They really need to make these lists in February so they have enough time to try out the games that release in November and December.

On the other hand, a game release that late won't have the time to make much of an impact in 2009, so in a way I guess it's fair enough? As long as it has a chance to get on the 2010 list...

Ah, yes, the biggest middle finger to PC gaming in 2009 is also the best game. Not surprised.

I have not played any game on the list, although I have Mirror's Edge, and I'm not much interested in the rest, save for ARMA II and Machinarium, though I would have to play some of them to be really sure. I would definitely mention Trine as one of the best games released this year, even though I have only played the demo :D

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers - Though this 10 best list is for PC games and this particular game is for Wii.
