Export LaunchBar_Cmmander mcf file to text or xml
« on: September 15, 2009, 03:33 AM »
It would be useful to be able to export the mcf file to a text or xml format file. This file could then be edited with an external program, for example to replace globally "c:\program files\" with "%APPDRIVE%\My_Programs\" for portability.
And then to import the new mcf definitions.
Thanks for the program, I like this lancher.

I could need this too, since LBC didn't insert relative paths (..\Tools\Tool\Tool.exe) on d&d as f.ex. PStart does.

Maybe an option could be implemented like "[ ] dropping insert relative path"

agreed, i've put this on my todo list -- i'm trying to add support for xml export from all of my programs, and i agree this would make it easier to do these kinds of global replacements and fixups.
