You might want to check out Unity again. They recently (September?) came out with Unity 3 and in the Build settings I have options for:

PC & Mac (Standalone)
Web (browser plugin)
iOS (iPad, iPhone)
Android (in pre-release)
Xbox 360
PS3
Wii

But of course the Free license doesn't cover all of those. The Free license only covers Web and PC/Mac. And building iOS apps is not supported on Windows.

EDIT: Looks like Linux is the only "major" platform left out. There isn't even a browser plugin for Linux. :(
