Free Video chat program that allows recording?

I am looking for a video chat program that allows video recording but is free? Is there such a thing out there?

I hate to be a dirty nasty *bump*er but does anyone know of such a program?

what about using your favorite video chat program, and then just using a screen recorder? Kind of a crappy method of doing it, but if all else fails.
