What kind of this Virus and how to clean the USB

I scan it in Bitdefender, Karpersky or Format it (from MS DOS).
The virus is not deleted.

Can you please do
dir /a /s
type autorun.inf
on your drive and paste the contents here?

@Carol: If his computer is infected, most usb viruses copy themselves to the device again after formatting :)

True but if his computer isn't infected (and he didn't say it was) the formatting the USB drive should clean it. If the computer is infected he should deal with that before worrying about a USB stick.

why you think there is a virus? did any of the anti-virus programs showed an error message?
