I got an USB that infected virus that I never seen.
I scan it in Bitdefender, Karpersky or Format it (from MS DOS).
The virus is not deleted.

Can you please do
dir /a /s
type autorun.inf
on your drive and paste the contents here?

@Carol: If his computer is infected, most usb viruses copy themselves to the device again after formatting smiley

True but if his computer isn't infected (and he didn't say it was) the formatting the USB drive should clean it. If the computer is infected he should deal with that before worrying about a USB stick.

Hi!
I must detail it
What is the virus name?
I don't know because no antivirus software can find them

What does it do?:
infected PC will hang or unable log in Window after restart

What have YOU tried?
I did format USB from MS DOS (not from Window).
After that I plug it into a Clean PC. I can see the the Clean PC is infected (PC will hang or unable log in Window after restart)

If possible, make an image of the drive (after formatting, and after the virus gets copied) using Disk Image, compress it (empty disk images compress very well), and I might be able to code a removal tool.

Perhaps it didn't contain a virus, but maybe the USB drive was flawed and fried one of your USB ports?
