Request/Idea-Winamp Titlebar Control

I would love to see a lightweight program to control Winamp that shows up in the titlebar of the active window.  Something like Foxytunes, in the titlebar of the active window.

Did that. the results are for a plugin created with Windows NT, 2000, and XP in mind, and older versions of Winamp (2.x?).  The last update was in 2005, most results from Google search are for the 2001 version of the plugin.  I am looking for something modern, compatible and stable uder the latest Winamp version(5.56 July 1, 2009), and Vista/Win7.

Does it have to be titlebar buttons?  How about a small, floating bar that you could position anywhere?  I could easily leverage my Trout minibar code as a stand-alone Winamp controller.

If the bar would always stay on top without question.  I always seem to have issues with applications that are supposed to always be on top.  I could try it, but that's why I prefer something that just attaches itself to the active window's title bar, right next to the minimize button.

Something outside the realm of your request, and not free, is CustomBar by Lizardsoft. It places an 18 pixel high, always visible bar on one side of your screen. One of the many things it can do is display Winamp controls. The author has been promising a new version for a long time with more functionality & it's never surfaced, but the current available build is pretty solid.
