Apollo conspiracy's doom
« on: July 19, 2009, 07:48:06 PM »
I read a news item   (   http://www.newscient...o-landing-sites.html) about the LRO images showing the Apollo landers. If later more high-resolution images show a recognizable lander and other equipment, will this mean the end of stories that we never really went to the moon?

the stories will continue - proof doesn't really matter to people that want to believe we never went to the moon.

Would also mean they got all the Astronauts to lie!

I sat up with my Dad in '69 the whole night to watch the landing and next day at school my friends said..

"What landing?" 50 Groaner.gif

I'm still not sure why the flag was apparently blowing in the wind in some shots ;)

Nor how they got the cameras to operate so well under the conditions on the moon...

isn't that because of the moon wind?

(i know the reason.)

I reckon Neil farted and the suits were designed to vent such things.

Conspiracy theorists will love this documentary. The raw truth exposed :)

The rest can read about the premise in its Wikipedia page, although I strongly advise to view it if you can. It's extremely well done. Heck, I saw it one night on TV without knowing anything about it, and I promptly believed everything they said ;D

They paid Hasselblad a lot of money for space-proof cameras...  (you have to pay a lot of money to Hasselblad for ordinary cameras, so what did they expect)

Didn't you guys watch Capricorn One? This is how all space travel ends -- in death!

Oh wait, there was that Tang benefit. God, I swilled so much of that powder that my kidneys were shot by the time I was 14. Damn you Tang! Damn you to hell!!
