Hi all ,
I have developed an vb.net application and want to test the application on different monitor resolution as new TFT are 1600*900 resolution. do anyone know of any kind of software/stimulators.

You could always setup a virtual machine with a program like VirtualBox. Then you can set it to any resolution and scroll across the screen.

yeah thats a good solution; there are also several programs that will force the window to specific sizes if you want to see how your program window looks at a certain size, but again youd have to move the window around in order to see it if your screen is a smaller resolution.
