You need to extract it to a DataGenerator directory inside the plugins folder.

Oops. No I didn't, but I downloaded the zip file you gave and moved it into the plug-ins folder. Is that the correct way to install it? And also, what do/can I do with this plug-in. I have no idea why I have it. LOL.

Well, as it turns out I have no use for such a plug-in. I wonder how I acquired it in the first place... :)
