Hi,

an incoming email should be automatically forwarded to several participants, using the forwarding party's email address as the sender address (so that if one of the final recepients has turned on his "away on holiday" notification, the original sender won't receive any of this junk).

If possible BCC instead of CC.

What kind of service/solution would you suggest? Just assume nothing is set in stone yet. Please also assume it should not cost hundreds of $.  cheesy

Thank you.

for doing the forwarding, are you looking for a server based solution (ie on a server you can install software on), or a local pc email client based solution?

Hmm... a server solution would probably be best, since that would work 24/7.
