Cool find! i uploaded a pfd and choose a word convertion,i got the result pretty fast. The result was not 100% perfect compared to the original but i think the conversion was able to catch most of the PDF's words which is something consider more important anyway.
Edit: Btw i blogged about this just now, i attributed Veign's blog of course.

I had been using OCR Terminal recently which did pretty good TIFF to Word conversion, I'll have to see how this compares...
