Ruler & Co-ordinates App?

Hello all:
I'm looking for a freeware app that can serve two purposes. That, or two freeware apps for each purpose. I'm needing a monitor ruler, obviously to measure in pixels. Also I'm needing a ruler that can show me monitor co-ordinates to place windows. Anyone here know of such a thing?

depending on what you want to do a decent window spy will do what your asking - here's 2 from AHK (not mine, BTW)
