IDEA: App taskbar hider

I am looking for a program that can hide applications from the taskbar. I need it to do this at all times, when you are using the application, when its minimized, when another window is on top of it, etc.. Thanks in advance! :) :)

As a possible solution you could use xneat windows manager and middle click on their title bar to hide specific apps

EDIT: If you mean the tray icon, I don't believe xneat does that
