Ricky Gervais new audio show mp3 (from the british version of The Office)
mouser:
quite funny audio show from the maker of the brilliant british show "The Office"
Exclusively available online from Guardian Unlimited
A half-hour of all-new drivel from Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington
In which Ricky, Steve and Karl discuss ...
the pros and cons of technological invention, leading on to Karl's Malthusian concerns and a possible solution. There's a digression into the extra sensory perception of early hominids. Oh, and some Monkey News of course. Plus strange tales about lethal drinking vessels and stately homes.

mouser:
this had me laughing a lot.
nudone:
hey, mouser, glad to hear you like Ricky Gervais.
i've something you may be interested in: i've a dvd containing the first tv series he did over here (before the office). it's called 'Meet Ricky Gervais' - he was relatively unknown at the time, only appearing in short slots on other people's shows. it's more in the style of his radio show than 'the office' but it's still quality viewing - i'd say it's some of his funniest stuff but you might miss out on some of the references as he's interviewing UK celebrities.
(you can't buy this DVD from anywhere as it was never released - it's just a straight copy from the TV as it was broadcast.)
anyway, let me know and i'll get it to you :)
Carol Haynes:
I never really got The Office but I did really like Extras (recently on UK TV) ... that had me cringing behind the sofa at time as well as falling about in fits
By the way if you go to the main Guadian link Mouser gave you can subscribe to the series of shows as a podcast.

i think i've watched every episode of The Office maybe 3 or 4 times; it has to be one of my favorite shows ever. Gervais is a genius.
