Open Image as Text?

What is this suposed to do? I tried opening a jpeg but it shows nothing and if I save it it is blank-should this open an image and save it in text??

i'll explain.

when Unicode Image Maker itself creates an image file, it stores the original text in the image.
so if you open an image file it has made previously (or if you drag and drop the image into the program),
it should be able to recover the original text.

but the function has no effect unless the image itself was created with Unicode Image Maker.

does that make sense?

Makes perfect sense - I just thought it would convert a picture to text is all,
