A note from SoftLayer that our server may be inaccessible for a couple of hours on March 28th, 2009 for planned maintenance:

Quote
SoftLayer Engineers will be upgrading the IOS and rebooting the backend/private network routers across the Dallas network on March 28th 2009 starting at 3:00am CDT. Customer Impact: Periodically during this maintenance, customers will not have access to backend/private services (DNS, updates, NAS, iSCSI, etc) as well as server to server communications on the Dallas backend network. Connectivity from remote cities to Dallas servers and services will also be affected. While the maintenance window is set for 2 hours, we expect no longer than 15 - 20 minutes of downtime.
