It looks kind of neat, but it's not really portable if not all computers have the JRE, is it?

At least it seems Java can be carried around w/ some tweaking - I adapted the instructions at the following, and at least so far it seems to be working for me:

Only glanced at this, but I can't imagine that it does that much more than Tiddlywiki. IMHO you'd have to be some kind of masochist to drag Java into the picture when all you want is a portable wiki.
