KeyNote NF (New Features) - a "successor" to Tranglos Keynote

Perry Mowbray:
Have you given it a run?

And I wonder if Marek has yet?

TucknDar:
I was never a user of the original KeyNote, but have downloaded and playing with this to see what all the fuzz was about. Very cool little thing, and maybe the note taker I've been looking for. Could do with a few things here and there, but I'll need to delve deeper into its features and usage areas before "complaining" ;)

Any of you old keynote users care to share some templates or useful keynote files or tricks? (I've already got the ones from www.tranglos.com, btw)

Steven Avery:
Hi Folks,

Just want to say how pleased I am to see and use Keynote-NF.  Very glad that the programmer kept right to the Keynote style. Earlier  I never found a satisfactory replacement for Keynote, free or paid, and stopped using it more for psyche reasons (no ongoing development) than any problems.

I did not stretch the features though, so I cannot give templates or fancy uses.  Keynote and now Keynote-NF for me just has been an excellent quick and solid all-purpose note repository, combining hierarchy with fast free-form searching.

Shalom,
Steven Avery

Keynote never quite clicked for me, but I would have persevered if it had had Boolean search.
