IDEA Labling scanned photos
« on: February 16, 2009, 08:00 PM »
I am looking for a program that would allow me to label a scanned photo.
In other words I would like to take a scanned photo and label it "Ann going to school 1968"
so when I put it in a DVD slide show it is labeled.
Thanks

normally i would say Picasa but if this is a one-off occasion then you can use Screenshot Captor.

The ensuing dialog box

Thank You, I will try both of them. I have 6 kids worth of photos scanned in and I am going to make a slide show with DVD Santa for each child and tha captioning of them is a great help.
Again Thank You

another option would be to look for a dvd slideshow making program that can add captions on its own without modifying your pictures.
