1) Accept voice input
2) Recognize voice input in speech to text
3) Machine translation to another language
4) Output original voice input in another language

This reminds me of a joke I heard:
A man goes to the doctor. Several hours later he comes home dressed in a suit and tie with a $300 haircut. His wife asks him what was with the change of appearance. He replies: "The doctor said I was impotent so I figured I'd better look impotent!"
