Google Online Apps Alternatives

Now that Google is shutting down their online apps one by one. Can you suggest alternatives for these :
Google Notebook, Google Docs, Google Calendar .

The question that always occurs to me when I see sites like Zoho is 'how long until one of the big companies comes along with a large cheque to kill it off?'.

Yes, that's true with all online service.
Always keep backups locally is best.
Use the 'save' for saving to the hard drive as well as online.

I was going to suggest 'Think Free'.

Because they have the option to put their programs on your computer as well as operate online.
But there is no calendar, unless you make one with one of the apps..
