break away audio processor

i unistalled breakaway turned off computer. when i turned on again awarning to allow or not to allow this program was there. my google page wouldn't load and the warning didn't go away. i did asystem restore and everything is ok. is there adriver in system 32 files that i should remove and if so how do i get to it? any advice on this would be appreciated. vista premium toshiba laptop. :-\
