ok i have a theory about this now perhaps.
i'm thinking you probably have a non-standard date format set.
i don't know why that should be given that you have an english version of windows..

but regardless, its chs fault for trying to set the date based on local date format instead of formatting it itself;
i will try to update a fixed version in the next week or so.

thank you for keeping on top of this and please check back soon i will try to have a fix.

i should have an update of this today (saturday) to try to fix this problem - are you around to test sagamal?

i tried hard to reproduce this and could not.  but i did try a different change, maybe it will help?

exit program from tray and copy this new exe over the old.
