this is a little program i wrote in visual basic to download and display WebCam images. please report possible bugs  :-[ the reason why i wrote it is because in my point of view no-one needs the 5mb webcam viewer from webcamviewer.de which is also written in vb, and skins will not hide poor coding skills ;)

you need the microsoft visual basic runtime dlls to run it if you dont already have it
